Retail Policy
Unopened and unused retail products may be exchanged for an equal-value product within 14 days of purchase. Retail purchases are non-refundable.
Opened products are final sale, except in the case of a documented adverse reaction or product defect.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount and are redeemable toward services only. They cannot be used toward retail purchases. All gift certificate sales are final.
Cancellation Policy
Please give at least a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No-shows or cancellations without notice may result in being unable to book future appointments.
